Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to shape and build platform capabilities for the Partner Apps Platform. You will work across the developer portal, webview bridge and backend services, leading technical decisions and turning complex workflows into reliable self-service experiences.

You will report to the Software Engineering Manager and be based onsite at the Grab One North office. You will collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript and React, plus backend language proficiency.
• Experience designing, building and operating scalable APIs and distributed services.
• Knowledge of observability, production troubleshooting and reliability engineering.
• Experience designing secure, well-tested, maintainable systems across the full stack.
• Drive design decisions, review complex changes, and mentor other engineers.
• Experience building developer platforms, internal tools, self-service workflows or onboarding systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable portal experiences, backend services and APIs for the Partner Apps Platform.
• Lead the design of self-service capabilities to reduce manual work and improve developer experience.
• Drive automation across onboarding, configuration, review and release workflows.
• Strengthen platform reliability and observability via telemetry, dashboards, alerts and tooling.
• Ensure security, performance and maintainable system design across the stack.
• Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, incident response and platform improvements.
• Mentor engineers and evolve engineering practices across the team.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and infrastructure teams to align priorities.
