Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to shape and build platform capabilities for the MiniApp Platform, spanning portal experiences, backend services and APIs. You will lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, mobile and infrastructure teams, reporting to the Software Engineering Manager and onsite at the Grab One North office.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack experience with TypeScript and React.
• Experience designing, building and operating scalable APIs, distributed services, databases and cloud-based systems.
• Knowledge of observability, production troubleshooting and reliability engineering practices.
• Experience designing secure, well-tested and maintainable systems across the full stack.
• Drive design decisions, review complex changes, and mentor other engineers.
• Experience building developer platforms, internal tools, self-service workflows or onboarding systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable portal experiences, backend services and APIs for the MiniApp Platform.
• Lead the design of self-service capabilities that reduce manual work and improve the developer experience.
• Drive automation across MiniApp onboarding, configuration, review and release workflows.
• Strengthen platform reliability and observability through telemetry, dashboards, alerts and operational tooling.
• Mentor engineers and help evolve engineering practices across the team.
• Partner with product, design, mobile, backend and infrastructure teams to align priorities and deliver platform outcomes.
