Job summary

HERDHR PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a capable Full-Stack Developer to join our HR software team. You will contribute to design, build, and maintain features across the tech stack, collaborating with the development team to deliver high-quality software.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with PHP Laravel and JavaScript frameworks, CI/CD, and version control tools. You should be independent, analytical, and fluent in English to communicate effectively with teammates.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology with 3 years of full stack development experience.
• At least three years in an agile environment.
• Experience with PHP Laravel and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and version control (Git).
• Familiar with NodeJS and Jira is an advantage.
• Strong design, implementation, testing and debugging skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication.

• Deliver features of products based on priority.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate, Monitor and Manage the development team.
• Having the ability to make excellent decisions in coding.
• Objective oriented, capable of completing features of products based on priority.
• Perform software design, development, enhancement and maintenance support using the agile methodology.
• Understand & implement the latest web technologies to enhance interface design and user interactivity with a sole objective of engineering the best UX possible.
• Develop solutions that are objective driven and highly user-friendly using the correct technologies with critical thinking expected.
• Contribute to the continuous research of new web technologies to enhance interface design and user interactivity.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engine three (3) years of experience in full stack development.
• At least three (3) years of experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience with the following programming languages: PHP’s Laravel and any JS Framework.
• Experience with Continuous Integration
• Familiar with NodeJS, Git, Jira will be added advantage.
• Possess strong skills in application design, implementation, testing and trouble-shooting.
• An independent, resourceful, result-oriented and analytical thinker.
• Ability to learn, explore, get up to speed and execute projects which may include a variety of technologies and programming languages.
• Experience with debugging and fixing critical bugs under tight deadline
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
