Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers to join product teams building impactful digital solutions for government agencies.

You will collaborate with Quality Engineers, UX designers, Product Owners to deliver useful software for public sector users and citizens. You will design and implement scalable architectures, engage in agile ceremonies, and contribute to code reviews, CI/CD, and secure, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Strong software engineering and programming fundamentals.
• Experience in architecture, system design, and application integration to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Experience leading the technical delivery of software solutions from design to implementation.
• Experience in cloud-based development and modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, XP, and Agile.
• Hands-on with Go, .NET, TypeScript, Angular, ReactJS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate technical concepts.
• Effective collaboration in cross-functional teams and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with government agencies to build and iterate on high-quality digital products.
• Collaborate within cross-functional product squads to deliver user-centred solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable, user-centred technical solutions.
• Lead architecture and system design for new features and external integrations.
• Coordinate with engineering leads and infrastructure teams to align on architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and drive delivery to meet engineering standards.
• Develop clean, secure, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.
• Champion modern technologies, engineering practices, and tooling to improve quality and delivery.
