GovTech Singapore is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to build scalable, user-focused applications within the AI Programme and GDP. You'll work across the tech stack, delivering secure, performant solutions that support public sector digital transformation.

Join a mission-driven team, collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers, and contribute to AI initiatives that impact government operations and citizen services in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with modern full-stack development using React (TypeScript) and Node.js.
• Hands-on with PostgreSQL databases and AWS cloud services.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or similar).
• Excellent communication and collaboration in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable full-stack applications for public-sector needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code across frontend, backend, and infra layers.
• Participate in architecture reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Take ownership of features from conception through deployment and maintenance.
