Job summary

Activate is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer for a fixed-term contract in Singapore. The role covers IT operations, test automation, API integration, and post-launch service health monitoring within Singapore Government Agencies.

You will work with Next.js, Node.js, and containerised microservices, ensuring IM8 compliance and high-quality digital products. Strong communication and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital products with limited resources.
• End-to-end product development experience with a product team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation.
• Meticulous and tenacious, able to follow tasks to closure.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Business Analysis are a plus.
• A degree or diploma in computer science or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test planning and management for mobile and web apps.
• Next.js integration, RESTful API integration, and AWS/GCC environment familiarity.
• Node.js development of RESTful and GraphQL APIs and containerised microservices.
• Collaborate with product teams to deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
