Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, and optimize full‑stack solutions for manufacturing DX domains, including maintenance, logistics, quality, and production. You will lead integrations with MES, ERP, SCADA, and IoT platforms, and guide teams in delivering secure, scalable applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
8–10 years of professional software development experience; 5+ years in manufacturing or DX preferred.
Experience designing, developing and maintaining full‑stack solutions in production.
Hands-on with industrial IoT platforms like ThingWorx or similar low‑code/no‑code solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, operate, and optimize intelligent software solutions across DX domains (maintenance, quality, logistics, production).
Lead development of full‑stack applications on industrial platforms and APIs; mentor junior developers.
Establish coding standards, testing strategies, and automated testing frameworks; participate in Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate manufacturing requirements into technical solutions.
