Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center Singapore (HMGICS) seeks a Project Director to drive digital transformation and scale industrial software foundations across global manufacturing operations in support of the Software-Defined Factory vision.

The role defines technology roadmaps and delivers enterprise-grade middleware for connectivity, cloud, AI, and LCNC, partnering with executive leadership to deliver scalable, secure platforms that enhance manufacturing intelligence and business value.

Qualifications

15+ years in industrial connectivity, IIoT, cloud, digital manufacturing, or enterprise technology.
8+ years leading engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale technology platforms.
Proven experience delivering global industrial connectivity and middleware across multiple manufacturing sites.
Cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong knowledge of MLOps, AI infrastructure, and enterprise AI deployment.

Responsibilities

Shape technology roadmaps and drive autonomous manufacturing vision for HMGICS as a center of excellence for global plants.
Lead multi-year strategic technology roadmaps and drive standardization and platform scalability across Hyundai manufacturing plants.
Collaborate with regional teams to gather Voice of the Customer, data governance requirements, and business use cases.
Partner with executives to verify business impact and secure support for initiatives.
Oversee software technology partners and ensure compliance and technical support for development.
