Job summary

Aon Corporation in Singapore is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Analytics team. You will design, build and modernise internal applications, collaborating with data engineers, QA, and analytics partners to deliver AI-enabled improvements.

The role focuses on secure, scalable web applications, CI/CD pipelines, and applying AI-assisted development to boost productivity and quality while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, test and deploy secure, scalable web applications.
• Design and maintain internal libraries, tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply AI-enabled approaches to improve developer productivity, code quality, testing or user workflows.
• Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals through requirements grooming and solution design.
• Develop understanding of business logic, analytical products and underlying datasets.
• Review manual processes and design automation using scripting, APIs and AI-enabled components.
• Apply team quality, security and governance standards, including responsible AI usage.
• Provide mentorship and take leadership in agile development processes.
• Collaborate with analytics and data colleagues to translate outputs into usable applications.
• Improve and create technical and onboarding documentation; share knowledge across the team.
• Keep informed about cloud, AI-enabled engineering and security trends.
