Job summary

Aon plc in Singapore is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Analytics team. You will design, build and modernise internal applications using cloud-native and AI-enabled capabilities to improve product quality and user experience.

Collaborate across software, data, QA and analytics to deliver data-driven insights and scalable solutions, with emphasis on maintainability, automation, security and responsible AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in full‑stack app development and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and C#, with ReactJS/Angular and .NET.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and responsible AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and modernise internal applications with cloud-native and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with Software, Data, QA and Analytics teams to deliver data-driven insights.
• Develop secure, scalable web applications with maintainability and automation.
• Review and improve tooling, testing, and deployment pipelines to increase delivery velocity.
