Job summary

Aon is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Enterprise Analytics team in Singapore. You will design, build and modernise internal applications with cloud‑native and AI‑enabled capabilities to enhance product quality, delivery speed and user experience.

The role requires 6+ years in full‑stack development, strong JavaScript/C# skills, and experience with APIs, Azure, and AI‑assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in full‑stack application development and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and C#, and frameworks such as ReactJS/Angular and .NET.
• Experience building and consuming APIs, data‑intensive applications and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Practical experience using AI‑assisted development tools or AI-enabled features (automation, intelligent search, summarisation).
• Understanding of responsible AI, security and data privacy considerations in enterprise environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical colleagues.
• Critical thinking with proactive modernisation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and modernise internal applications with a focus on maintainability and automation.
• Collaborate with software, data, QA, and analytics teams to deliver cloud‑native solutions.
• Develop internal libraries, tools and CI/CD pipelines, utils and AI‑assisted components.
• Apply AI approaches to improve developer productivity, testing and user workflows.
• Mentor teammates and lead agile ceremonies and continuous improvement.
