Job summary

Aon in Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Analytics team, delivering data‑driven insights and AI‑enabled internal applications that support strategic decision‑making, product quality, and user experience.

You will collaborate with Software Engineers, Data Engineers, QA Engineers and Business Analytics Partners to design, build, and modernise cloud‑native applications, establish CI/CD pipelines, and apply AI assisted tooling to improve developer productivity,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 6 years of full‑stack development experience with CI/CD.
Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and API design/consumption.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, test and deploy secure, scalable internal web applications.
Design and maintain internal libraries, tools and CI/CD pipelines, including AI-assisted development tools.
Apply AI-enabled approaches to improve developer productivity, code quality, testing, documentation or user workflows.
Ensure strong alignment between technical solutions and business goals through requirements grooming and design.
Collaborate with analytics and data colleagues to translate outputs into intuitive applications.
