Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Staff Engineer focused on Front End Labor Productivity to drive standardization, automation, and AI-enabled strategies across FE productivity programs.

You will lead cross-site initiatives, align staffing with workload demand, and report measurable labor-hour savings in collaboration with finance and site leaders. The role emphasizes governance, data-driven decision making, and the deployment of AI-enabled platforms while maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in semiconductor operations.
• Strong program management skills (portfolio planning, governance, benefits realization, dependency management, change management).
• Experience delivering automation and low-code solutions (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, UiPath, SQL or similar).
• Strong analytical capability (KPIs, dashboards, baseline/benefits tracking); translate data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive year over year improvement in Frontend (FE) labor productivity in support of productivity roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end execution and governance of FE labor productivity programs; standardize tools and processes.
• Integrate labor initiatives across AI, automation, robotics, and innovation programs into a cohesive plan.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting to provide visibility into progress and benefits.
