Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Program Management leader to drive standardized, data-driven productivity improvements across FE operations in Singapore. You will partner with site and central teams to deliver measurable labor hour savings through AI, automation, and low-code initiatives.

The role emphasizes governance, KPI dashboards, and strategic execution of initiatives across AI, automation, and SEAL/SWAT programs.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in semiconductor operations or manufacturing programs.
Strong program management with governance, benefits realization, and change management.
Experience leading productivity or workforce optimization initiatives.
Knowledge of GenAI concepts and delivery, including use-case framing.
Experience delivering automation and low-code solutions with lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

Drive YoY improvement in FE labor productivity and VAM/HC for the 5MORE roadmap.
Lead end-to-end execution and governance of FE labor productivity programs.
Integrate labor initiatives with AI, automation, robotics, and innovation programs.
Maintain loading-based staffing model aligned with workload demand.
Provide governance for SEAL and SWAT initiatives.
Lead labor SWAT to improve productivity and AI roadmap.
