Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a results-driven program leader to accelerate FE labor productivity and annualized hour savings through standardization, simplification, automation, and GenAI initiatives across sites.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, integrate AI, automation, robotics and low-code solutions, and develop KPI dashboards to track benefits, labor hours reductions, and productivity improvements while aligning staffing with workload demand.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor operations.
• Strong program management with governance, benefits realization, dependency management.
• Experience leading productivity, operational efficiency, or workforce optimization programs.
• Working knowledge of GenAI concepts and delivery.
• Experience delivering automation and low-code solutions (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, UiPath, SQL)
• Strong analytics with KPIs and dashboards; translate data into decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across sites and executives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data visualization (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Drive YoY improvement in FE labor productivity and VAM/HC in support of the productivity roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end execution and governance of FE labor productivity programs for on-time delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Integrate labor initiatives across AI, automation, robotics, and innovation programs into a cohesive plan; report benefits.
• Maintain loading-based staffing to align staffing with workload demand.
• Provide governance for SEAL and SWAT initiatives.
• Lead Labor SWAT initiatives to improve FE labor productivity and AI roadmap.
• Monitor labor performance metrics and benchmark best practices.
• Enable cross-site knowledge sharing to scale successful solutions.
• Guide sites to identify productivity opportunities using AWMS workload data.
