Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a program management professional to drive measurable improvements in FE labor productivity. The role focuses on standardization, automation, and leveraging GenAI to reduce labor hours and improve efficiency across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery of productivity programs, integrating AI and automation initiatives, and maintaining staffing models aligned with workload demand.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor operations.
• Strong program management skills (portfolio planning, governance, benefits realization, dependency management, change management).
• Experience delivering automation and low-code solutions.
• Working knowledge of GenAI concepts and delivery (use-case framing, prompt/workflow design basics, evaluation of value and risk, adoption metrics).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across site, central, and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel/PowerPoint/Teams) and data visualization tools (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Drive year over year improvement in FE labor productivity and savings as part of the 5MORE productivity roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end governance of FE labor productivity programs to ensure on-time delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Integrate labor initiatives across AI, automation, robotics, and innovation programs into a cohesive execution plan and report benefits.
• Maintain and optimize the loading-based staffing model to align staffing with workload demand.
• Provide governance support for SEAL and SWAT initiatives.
• Monitor labor performance metrics and enable cross-site knowledge sharing to maximize network impact.
