Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend engineering or UX engineering experience with production apps.
• Strong React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript skills with component architecture experience.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX design, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Ability to translate user needs into polished interfaces without separate handoffs.
• Excellent communication with non-technical users and stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguous requirements and end-to-end delivery from discovery to rollout.

Responsibilities

• User Discovery & Workflow Design: translate goals and pain points into personas, journey maps, and product requirements.
• Prototyping & User Validation: create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes; conduct usability testing.
• React Frontend Engineering: build responsive, production-grade apps with React/Next.js/TypeScript; ensure maintainable code and tests.
• AI Interaction Design: design interfaces for conversational and AI-powered flows with clear handling of uncertainty.
• Design Systems & Accessibility: extend design tokens and reusable components with accessibility in mind.
• Backend & Platform Integration: collaborate to integrate frontend with APIs, auth, databases, and platform services.
• Quality, Performance & Security: optimize performance, implement tests, and follow secure frontend practices.
• Deployment & Handover: manage production delivery, onboarding, feedback, and knowledge transfer.
• Field-to-Platform Feedback: extract reusable patterns to improve core platform components.
