USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCHERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced frontend engineer with a strong UX background to ship production web applications.

You will transform user needs into polished interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML and CSS, and collaborate with AI and backend teams to integrate APIs and authentication. You will lead usability testing, create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, ensure accessibility and performance, and promote design-system quality across products while

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in frontend engineering, UX engineering, or a comparable product-facing role with production apps.
Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, component architecture, state management, API integration, and testing.
Proficiency in user-centered design, information architecture, prototyping, usability testing, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

User Discovery & Workflow Design: understand goals, pain points, and workflows to create personas, journey maps, and product requirements.
Prototyping & User Validation: build wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes; run usability tests and iterate.
React Frontend Engineering: develop production-quality web apps with React/Next.js, ensure reusable components and robust state management.
AI Interaction Design: design interfaces for conversational and AI-enhanced experiences with clear handling of uncertainty.
Design Systems & Accessibility: extend design tokens and patterns; ensure accessibility and responsiveness across platforms.
Backend & Platform Integration: collaborate on API contracts and frontend integration with authentication and databases.
