Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years frontend software development experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise, government, or public-sector digital solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, accessible web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Build clean, reusable, and maintainable code with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Implement UI components and design systems using Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or MUI.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore DSS and WCAG.
• Integrate GovTech tools such as WOGAA, Oobee, and WebSG where applicable.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals using Lighthouse and Chrome DevTools.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues with cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend best practices and standards.
• Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and accessibility standards.
