Qualifications

• 8+ years in UI design, component engineering, or product engineering.
• 5+ years leading/architecting large-scale design systems (multi-product/multi-region).
• 3+ years in a senior/leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI design & component architecture across regions and products.
• Standardize journeys and deduplicate code across APAC markets.
• Optimize UI performance to sub-2-second loads.
• Design a flexible theming system for multi-brand, dark/light modes.
