Job summary

DKSH is seeking a senior Manager, Front Office, Group Treasury in Singapore to lead liquidity management, FX risk mitigation, and treasury transformation across markets. You will optimize cash deployment, implement hedges, and enhance governance with key stakeholders.

The role requires 10–15 years in treasury or corporate finance, strong Excel automation, and experience with TMS and Power BI. You will work with banks, auditors, and internal teams to drive efficiency and resilience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10–15 years in treasury or corporate finance.
• Experience with banks and auditors.
• Involvement in system projects or process improvements preferred.
• Self-learning ability for Excel automation and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions across markets for liquidity.
• Forecast cash flow, automate forecast aggregation and reporting.
• Evaluate working capital and capital structures for liquidity.
• Execute FX and derivative transactions within policy limits.
• Track FX exposures, hedge effectiveness, MTM reviews and stress tests.
• Lead treasury transformation and TMS implementation.
• Support M&A integration and promote Power BI and TMS adoption.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure policy compliance.
• Deliver regular treasury training and guidance; perform admin tasks as needed.
