Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Manager, Front Office Group Treasury to lead global treasury operations from Novena Square.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in treasury or corporate finance.
• Hands-on exposure to cash forecasting, liquidity management, or FX transactions.
• Experience working with banks and auditors.
• Involvement in system projects or process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to self-learn new tools or processes such as Excel automation, Power Query, and TMS modules.
• Sound knowledge of treasury and cash management principles and best practices.
• Sound knowledge of local and international accounting standards, principles, and practices.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-treasury audiences.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Collaborative, adaptable, resilient, and able to manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions across markets for optimal liquidity.
• Collaborate with Country Finance to forecast cash flow and automate variance reporting.
• Evaluate working capital and capital structures to support liquidity planning.
• Execute FX and derivative transactions within approved limits and with counterparties.
• Track FX exposures and develop MTM review frameworks.
• Lead treasury transformation including TMS implementation and data migration.
• Support M&A integration and promote tools like Power Query, Power BI, and TMS.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure policy compliance.
• Deliver training to market teams to strengthen treasury capabilities.
• Administrative duties and coordination as required.
