Qualifikationen

• University degree in a technical or commercial discipline.
• 5+ years in dry bulk shipping, freight, market intelligence or related analytics.
• Experience building or maintaining fundamental market models and forecasts.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with data analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of dry bulk freight supply and demand models.
• Develop forward-looking freight demand framework by commodity and vessel class.
• Build vessel supply and capacity models with fleet and utilisation factors.
• Develop short- and mid-term freight market outlooks and identify imbalances and risks.
• Produce regular freight market reports and executive briefings for commercial decision-making.
• Collaborate with commercial, shipping and analytical teams to translate insights into action.
• Document methodologies and handover processes for robustness and transparency.
