Job summary

AMD in Singapore seeks a data analytics engineer to support AECG product development during the NPI stage. You will perform data mining and statistical analysis on wafer sort and final test data, and work with tools to automate tasks using scripting and AI.

You will collaborate with product development engineers across sites, analyze yield, debug issues, and help enhance data tools to improve process efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in data mining and statistical analysis is preferred.
• Familiarity with JMP or similar statistical tools is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and communication across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Perform data mining and statistical analysis on wafer sort and final test data.
• Identify yield issues and drive parametric yield improvements.
• Collaborate with Tools Development to improve data analysis tools.
• Develop automated analytic workflows using scripting and AI.
• Define recipes for high-volume Engineering Samples and Production supplies.
