Responsibilities

• Perform data mining and statistical data analysis on wafer sort and final test parametric data.
• Identify and drive parametric yield improvement to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Tools Development to feedback results and improve tools.
• Develop methodologies to automate tasks using scripting and AI.
• Define recipes for high-volume Engineering Samples and Production supply.
