Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A across APAC and EMEA Services to lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will partner with regional leaders and client finance teams to drive profitability and growth, owning the end-to-end budgeting process and monthly reporting.

The role requires strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and executive leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end planning processes (AOP, rolling forecasts) across multiple regions.
• Ability to develop and maintain financial models and dashboards.
• Strong business partnering skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan (AOP) for APAC and EMEA Services, including coordination and executive presentations.
• Lead monthly rolling forecast cycles for revenue, costs, headcount, and profitability.
• Consolidate client results and forecasts into executive reporting and reviews.
• Develop and maintain financial models to improve forecast accuracy and support growth initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights to enable strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive standardization and best practices across APAC and EMEA finance operations.
