Job summary

Futureleap Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to drive financial performance and support strategic decisions across its regional operations in Asia.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning with senior leadership involvement, delivering monthly reports with actionable insights. The role requires 7+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong modelling skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (e.g. CA/CPA/ACCA/CFA) is advantageous.
• 7+ years of FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across multiple business units.
• Prepare monthly management reports with insights into financial and operational performance.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends and propose actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Conduct variance analyses and present findings to senior management.

Our client is a well-established regional organisation operating across Asia, with a strong presence in the industrial and retail equipment sector.

As part of its continued growth, the company is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance across the business.

Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across multiple business units.

Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, providing meaningful insights into financial and operational performance.

Partner with business leaders to monitor KPIs, identify trends and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.

Conduct variance analysis and present findings to senior management.

Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business cases.

Drive continuous improvements in financial planning processes, reporting capabilities and performance dashboards.

Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and financial plans.

Support ad hoc analysis, board presentations and strategic projects as required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.

Professional qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA) will be an advantage.

At least 7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis, with managerial experience preferred.

Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting within a regional environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; experience with BI or planning tools is advantageous.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business decisions.
