Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Global Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead a team responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis of business operations. The role sits in the FP&A function and focuses on short and long-term planning and performance insights.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver clear reporting with actionable findings. Strong Excel skills and advanced math ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills with ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, schedules, tasks, and deadlines.
• Support client budgeting and forecasting and prepare clear reporting and insights.
• Conduct financial studies and other duties as assigned by management.
• Perform detailed P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
