Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced finance professional to oversee FP&A, planning and governance in a fast-paced trading environment.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and internal controls, partnering with business units and regional teams to deliver insights and drive value. The role requires 8+ years in FP&A with IFRS knowledge, advanced Excel and Power BI, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance with a recognised professional qualification such as CA or ACCA.
• 8+ years post-qualification experience across FP&A, financial control, and management reporting.
• Experience in commodities trading or multinational environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning in partnership with business units and regional teams.
• Analyse monthly trading results, margins, OPEX, headcount, and budget utilisation with variance explanations.
• Prepare management reports and financial presentations covering performance and risks.
• Develop forecasts, scenario models and planning assumptions for strategic decisions.
• Partner with Trading, Operations, and Middle Office on financial control and reporting.
• Review cost-allocation methodologies for transparency and alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; support SOX compliance and internal controls testing.
• Oversee leases, off-balance-sheet items, energy contracts and regulatory disclosures.
• Manage transfer-pricing documentation and regulatory submissions as required.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Drive improvements through data analytics and automation to enhance reporting quality.
