Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an FP&A professional to support planning, forecasting and management reporting across Singapore and APAC. The role focuses on budgeting, variance analysis and KPI monitoring to drive performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in FP&A, with strong analytical and communication skills to partner with multiple business units and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Business Controlling or related finance function.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting skills.
• Solid understanding of Net Working Capital, inventory, CAPEX and cash flow forecasting.
• Meticulous, structured and detail-oriented with a process-improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across functions, cultures and seniority.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A activities across Singapore and APAC operations.
• Coordinate with BUs and stakeholders to prepare and consolidate rolling forecasts for inventory.
• Analyse forecast movements, business drivers and actual performance, highlighting variances and risks.
• Partner with BUs to monitor financial KPIs and support targets.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports and management reporting packs.
• Support APAC CAPEX budgeting and monthly reporting; monitor actual vs. plan.
• Provide timely financial analysis and insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning submissions, annual planning templates and reporting requirements.
• Ensure financial submissions are accurate and on time.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate processes.
• Support special projects, changes and ad hoc financial analysis.
