Job summary

Dominio Finance in Singapore is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning in collaboration with Global Finance teams. You will analyse trading performance, margins, opex and headcount, delivering insights to drive strategic decisions and improve cost allocation methodologies.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, with extensive stakeholder engagement across Traders, Operations and Shared Services.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or equivalent with recognized professional qualification (CA/ACCA).
8–10 years post-qualification FP&A, financial control, and management reporting experience.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and performance analysis.
Excel & Power BI proficiency; strong data analytics and dashboards.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning with Global Finance teams and business units.
Analyse monthly trading performance, gross margins, operating expenses, and headcount movements to provide variance insights.
Own cost allocation methodologies to ensure transparency and alignment with business needs.
Develop robust forecasts and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
Prepare management reports and partner with Traders, Operations, Middle Office, Shared Services and Global Finance teams.
Ensure IFRS-compliant quarterly accounting and reporting; support audits and regulatory requirements.
