Job summary

RRecruiter in Singapore seeks an experienced FP&A leader to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with business leaders to deliver insights and steer performance across the organization.

The role requires 6–10 years in FP&A, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP, Excel, and BI tools. You will lead annual budgeting cycles and coordinate with auditors and tax teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualifications are an advantage.
• 6–10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related finance experience.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP/SAP and advanced Excel; BI tools like Power BI or Tableau are a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management; able to influence decisions with financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for performance analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic support.
• Develop financial models and monitor KPIs; improve FP&A processes.
• Prepare, review, and consolidate financial results per SFRS and group policies.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles.
• Develop and maintain long-term financial plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
• Analyze performance vs budgets/forecasts; identify variances and drivers.
• Review project costing and evaluate financial performance of projects and business units.
• Coordinate with accounting, operations, and external auditors during reviews and audits.
• Work with Group Tax and external consultants to prepare tax computations and provisions.
• Oversee daily finance operations for controls and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement via automation, standardization, and process optimization.
• Undertake other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
