Job summary

TotalEnergies Singapore Services (TESS) is the integrated shared services organisation supporting TotalEnergies entities in Singapore and across the APAC region. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, management reporting and performance reviews for several BUs/Branches by developing analyses, reports and planning templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to manage stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, responsible, efficient, agile and adaptable to evolving business changes and needs.
• Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong command of English language.
• Demonstrates a digital mindset and willingness to acquire new digital skills.
• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, management reporting and performance review processes for several BUs/Branches by developing and preparing financial analyses, reports and planning templates.
• Prepare and analyse cost performance, headcount trends and resource utilisation across the supported business units.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate key drivers impacting financial results, budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, dashboards and presentations to support business performance reviews and decision-making processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, operational teams and Finance locally or regionally, as well as Head Office, to gather, validate and analyse financial and operational information.
• Enhance data collection and reporting capabilities to ensure accuracy and integrity of data in relevant systems and processes.
• Support FP&A Manager and Head of FP&A in budgeting, forecasting, business planning and ad hoc analyses.
• Contribute to the enhancement of reporting, data analytics and automation tools by supporting system improvements and standardisation.
• Maintain and update financial models, databases and reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of analysis, schedules and supporting documentation for compliance reporting, regulatory requirements, audits and other finance-related requests.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling to support special projects, new initiatives, and strategic initiatives.
