Job description

The Quant Trading team is responsible for trading and managing risks associated with different crypto products, including spots and derivatives. The team develops and implements trading strategies in fast-paced and complex trading environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct pricing, execution, and hedging to facilitate flow business by leveraging our automated trading infrastructure.
• Expand automated trading business to new trading products and venues, calibrate and fine-tune performance.
• Research and backtest to improve our pricing and execution algorithms.
• Conduct daily market sentiment analysis, risk exposure assessments, P&L reporting, and related documentation.
• Perform post-trade analysis of trading strategies and algorithm performance.
• Collaborate with trading developers to enhance our pricing, execution, and booking logic.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of trading experience preferred.
• Critical thinking and a commitment to continuous improvement.
