K MARINE SHIP MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Fleet Manager with Chief Engineer sea experience and strong shore side management skills. You will oversee technical management, maintenance, dock planning, budgeting, and emergency response, coordinating with TSI and owners.

The role requires extensive industry experience, ISM/EMS/PMS knowledge, and ability to lead a fleet through repairs and downtime while ensuring compliance and cost control.

Formación

• Chief Engineer with shore experience.
• Sea experience: at least six months as Chief Engineer.
• Shore experience: more than 2 years as Superintendent.
• Industry experience: more than 10 years.
• Knowledge of ISM, EMS, PMS, repairs, dry-docking and budgeting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide fleet technical management and support to the Asst. Division Manager.
• Monitor daily technical performance, maintenance, repairs and performance.
• Advise TSI on faults, breakdowns and near misses in the fleet.
• Review dock plans and budgets; act as Site Manager during docks.
• Oversee OPEX budgets and report to Division Manager.
• Coordinate emergency response and liaison with Class.
