Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Registered Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) to lead statutory duties and manage Fire Certificate renewals, while conducting fire risk assessments, safety audits and emergency drills.

You will coordinate with SCDF and other authorities, support facilities operations, monitor contractors, and assist emergency response for incidents including floods or power outages. This is a full-time role with deployment locations discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Registered SFSM with SCDF.
• Experience in fire safety management and risk assessments.
• Coordination with authorities and facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform statutory duties as the appointed Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) and manage Fire Certificate renewal.
• Conduct fire risk assessments, fire safety audits and emergency preparedness exercises.
• Investigate fire incidents, false alarms and fire system failures, and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Liaise with SCDF, DSTA and relevant Authority representatives on fire safety and facilities matters.
• Support daily facilities operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance planning and coordination.
• Monitor contractor performance and review maintenance reports, technical submissions and service delivery.
• Support emergency response and recovery for incidents including fire, power outages, flooding and ACMV failures.
