Job summary

XIN CHENG SG PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Fire Safety Manager to lead fire safety operations, manage Fire Certificate renewals, and coordinate SCDF regulatory audits across facilities.

You will conduct risk assessments, develop and update the Emergency Response Plan, plan drills, oversee fire alarm systems and hydrants, and lead investigations to prevent recurrence, while ensuring compliance with local codes and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Valid SCDF registration and designation as Senior Fire Safety Manager.
• 5+ years in facilities management with leadership in fire safety systems.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and WSH standards.
• Experience across commercial, healthcare, industrial, or campus environments

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Senior Fire Safety Manager duties under the Fire Safety Act, managing Fire Certificate renewals and SCDF regulatory audits.
• Conduct regular fire safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identifications.
• Develop, implement, and update the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and lead drills for occupants and CERT.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for fire alarm systems, hose reels, hydrants, and PA networks.
• Lead investigations into fires, system faults, or false alarms with root-cause analyses.
• Support general facilities operations and safety standard alignment.
