Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd seeks an experienced safety leader to drive fire safety, workplace safety, and emergency preparedness strategies across critical infrastructure and operations. You will shape organisational safety standards, strengthen regulatory compliance, and drive improvements for a safe, resilient workplace.

You will lead fire safety programmes, review designs for compliance, coordinate with regulators and contractors, and drive training, audits, and continuous improvement in safety

Qualifications

• Degree and above in any discipline with safety-related experience.
• SCDF Fire Safety Manager certification.
• MOM-recognised Workplace Safety & Health Officer certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and building codes.
• Experience in stakeholder management and risk assessment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fire safety strategies and programmes.
• Review designs and facilities for compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead fire drills, emergency exercises, safety training, and awareness programmes.
• Drive safety culture and integrate fire safety into daily operations.
• Drive workplace safety initiatives and risk mitigation.
• Develop emergency preparedness plans and response exercises.
• Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold high safety standards.
