SIMCORP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead high-complexity implementations for financial clients. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, define detailed plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks while ensuring client value and strong governance.

You will mentor junior project managers, ensure quality deliverables, and uphold industry best practices in a hybrid work environment. Travel to customer sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• PMI/Prince 2 or equivalent certification.
• Fluency in English.
• Readiness to travel to customer sites with flexibility to work from home or remote from our offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, and organizational objectives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring that all project tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee the identification and management of project risks, developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior leadership to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Monitor and report on project performance using key metrics, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are in line with client requirements.
• Drive the continuous improvement of project management practices, implementing best practices and refining processes for optimal efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project managers, encouraging collaboration and sharing expertise to ensure successful project execution.
• Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.
