Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives.
• Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
• Collaborates with business leaders to guide strategic decision‑making within a broad scope.
• Performs complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, to achieve objectives.
• Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
• Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development.
• Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
• Represents the organization to external customers and clients.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment.
