Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sustainability/ESG experience in hardware/manufacturing contexts.
• 5+ years of executive leadership experience managing managers and global teams.
• Proven track record building or scaling a sustainability function or center of excellence.
• Experience overseeing competitive intelligence, benchmarking, or product teardowns in a technology environment.
• Familiarity with lifecycle assessment (LCA), carbon accounting, circular economy models, and as-a-service/subscription business models.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Print Sustainability strategy and innovation across products and services.
• Own the multi-year vision, translating it into concrete workstreams and measurable goals (MBOs).
• Lead HP's Singapore Sustainability Center of Excellence and grow the COE team.
• Directly manage Competitive Intelligence & Product Teardowns and integrate findings into product design and GTM.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, market access, and ESG disclosures across HP's markets.
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing to embed sustainability in product development and customer value.
