Job summary

The Skills and Workforce Development Agency is seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets, while supporting audit and procurement processes. The role also covers system access management and ensuring timely month-end closings.

You will liaise between CSVD and divisions, validate data migration accuracy and provide ad-hoc support as needed. Applicants should have 5+ years in financial operations, audit or accounting, with strong knowledge of FRS and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial operations, audit or accounting.
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and accounting principles.
• Proficient in executing job duties and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in government agencies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets functions.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing and audit processes; support timely financial reporting.
• Coordinate procurement documentation and assist during audit fieldwork.
• Manage system access requests and ensure adherence to month-end deadlines.
• Provide ad-hoc financial or operational support as required.
