NHG Health in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the consolidation, budgeting and management reporting for the group. The role focuses on analysing financial performance (actual/forecast/budget), preparing statutory consolidation, and coordinating the year-end audit with external auditors.

You will harmonize chart of accounts across entities, liaise with MOHH/MOH, and implement system enhancements in SAP/BPC to support accurate financial reporting and policy updates.

Qualificações

• A good and recognised degree in Accountancy.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. SAP and BPC will be an added advantage.
• Prior external audit and consolidation experience is required

Responsabilidades

• Analysis and reporting of monthly/quarterly and annual financial performances (actual/forecast/budget) of institutions within the organization
• Assist in the annual budget and projection cycles
• Prepare consolidation of financials for management and statutory reporting
• Liaise with MOHH and MOH on reporting matters
• Consolidation and reporting System: harmonize COA and ensure mapping in SAP and BPC is aligned
• Year-end audit and financial statements: liaise with external auditor and coordinate audit cycles
• Formulation of cluster finance policies and updates
• Data collation and analysis to support management’s decision making
• Identify cost management improvements
• Any other work as assigned
