Job summary

BW Group invites applications for a financial accounting role responsible for ensuring accuracy of financial records across assigned companies. You will conduct analytical reviews of financial statements and prepare audited statements, schedules, and periodic reports for JV partners and banks.

You will also manage funding positions, liaise with auditors and stakeholders, and participate in monthly close processes, with emphasis on accuracy, compliance with FRS, and ERP system efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or professional qualification in Accounting.
• 4-5 years in accounting-related roles.
• Working knowledge of FRS.
• Strong IT skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records of assigned companies.
• Analytical review of financial statements of assigned companies.
• Prepare audited financial statements of assigned companies.
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors accordingly.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for reporting to Joint Venture partners or banks.
• Prepare and monitor funding position of assigned vessels and/or companies.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders and business partners on the performance of assigned vessels and/or companies.
• Participate in the monthly review and closing process of the assigned vessels and/or companies.
