Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in shipping or trading.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP and AR processing.
• Verify invoices and process payments to maintain vendor and customer accuracy.
• Reconcile bank statements to align with financial records.
• Maintain and reconcile intercompany balances for consolidated reporting.
• Prepare full sets of accounts for small entities per accounting standards.
• Collaborate with Finance and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Generate voyage accounting reports, hire statements, and cost allocation reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with banking compliance and KYC documentation.
• Perform additional finance and administrative duties as required.
