The role collaborates with the Group Finance and APAC teams to deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and governance support across the APAC region. The successful candidate will support monthly reporting, budgeting processes, and dashboards, gaining exposure to FP&A, investment finance, and business performance management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with financial statements and basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, insights, and business partnering support.
• Monitor financial performance across APAC investee companies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data and reporting requirements.
• Assist in month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special assignments.
