Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A, corporate finance or related field.
• Experience leading planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and executive-level financial analysis.
• Ability to partner credibly with CFO/CEO, Board and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in complex, regional or global organisations; transformation experience advantageous.
• Strong financial modelling, scenario planning, and variance analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group FP&A across budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
• Drive performance reviews, variance analysis, and forward-looking recommendations.
• Develop executive-level insights and financial narratives for senior management and the Board.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Strategy, Treasury and Controllership to align internal and external messaging.
• Set governance standards for models, packs, KPIs and dashboards across the Group.
