Job summary
SATS Ltd., headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Finance Business Partner based in the West to drive financial planning, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business partnering to support sustainable growth.
You will lead monthly reviews, manage cost and margin initiatives, partner with operations, and ensure strong financial controls across the Group. The role requires 7–12 years of FP&A experience, CPA/ACCA, and proficiency in MS Dynamics 365, Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related discipline with professional qualification.
- CPA or ACCA accreditation or equivalent.
- Minimum 7–12 years in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A and financial modelling.
- Experience in aviation or logistics is advantageous.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
- Drive quarterly forecasts and annual budgets with business units.
- Analyze costs and gross margin; update standard costs in MS Dynamics 365.
- Improve margin and inventory management; monitor overhead allocations.
- Collaborate with operations to track projects and ROI.
- Ensure internal controls and respond to audits; support ad-hoc projects.
