Job summary

UNITED OVERSEAS INSURANCE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Executive for end-to-end operational finance responsibilities in Singapore. The role focuses on premium collections, credit control, reinsurance accounting, and payment processing within Odyssey 5.

You will perform high-volume manual data entry, bank reconciliations, and ensure DOA-compliant payments while supporting transformation initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• 5–8 years of operational finance or accounting experience.
• Singapore General Insurance sector experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
• Odyssey 5 experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end operational finance tasks including premium collections and credit control.
• Process manual receipting and policy matching in Odyssey 5.
• Handle payment processing and disbursements with DOA compliance.
• Monitor aging receivables and liaise with brokers and policyholders to resolve issues.
• Support month-end closing and transformation initiatives.
