Job summary

Amethyst asiapartners is seeking a Senior Manager - Finance in Singapore to oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting and group consolidation across our management company, GP and related entities. The role combines corporate finance leadership with private equity fund accounting exposure, offering broad involvement in financial management, fund operations and investment reporting.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in finance within asset management and a CPA/ACCA

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing corporate accounting and private equity fund accounting.
• Proven ability to consolidate across multiple entities and prepare statutory accounts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders and advisers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for the management company, GP and related corporate entities.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing, statutory financial statements and management reporting.
• Lead financial consolidation and group reporting across multiple entities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and expense management.
• Collaborate with internal teams on private equity fund accounting and investment valuations.
• Support oversight of fund cash flows, capital calls, distributions and investor reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations and applicable regulatory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisers and professional service providers.
• Strengthen financial controls, accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
• Provide financial analysis and support other accounting and finance initiatives as required.
